Alma Marianos Piano Studio
2018-2019 Academic Year

Dear Parents and Students,

Due to a sudden and grave illness, lessons will be discontinued for January until a more firm diagnosis has been declared.

In the meantime, I would ask you all to look for replacement teachers in order to not disrupt your student's musical instruction and slow down their progress.

Please consult the Oregon Music Teachers Association website, oregonmta.org, use the FIND A TEACHER orange tab, enter your location, pick the instrument (piano), the distance you are willing to travel and you will find members of this great organization. You can call and arrange for interviews, if they have openings. They would be my first choice of a teacher for your students since belonging to OMTA shows that the teachers are always striving to improve their teaching and they are at the forefront of the latest pedagogical advances.

I have kept the schedule of events below just for your information.

Best regards,

Alma Marianos, NCTM
